Can I cancel my membership at any time?
A member who chooses the monthly plan, may cancel at any time before their membership renews each month (from original date of purchase).
All members are responsible for cancelling their membership prior to their renewal date if they do not wish to continue.
To cancel your membership:
- Login to your Kajabi account
- Navigate to your profile pic (top left)
- Settings
- Billing
- Active Subscriptions
- Click on 3 dots > “Cancel Subscription”

What's your refund policy?
All monthly membership purchases are final sale and refunds are not provided for previous months of the membership regardless of whether the student has logged in to view the content.

Our team will always work to resolve these outages as quickly as possible & report any bugs within Kajabi. No refunds will be provided with temporary access issues within the Kajabi app or downtime of The Quantum Method Platform.
