Can I cancel my membership at any time?

A member who chooses the yearly plan, may cancel at any time before their membership renews (from original date of purchase).

All members are responsible for cancelling their membership prior to their renewal date if they do not wish to continue. 

To cancel your membership: 

  1. Login to your Kajabi account
  2. Navigate to your profile pic (top left) 
  3. Settings
  4. Billing
  5. Active Subscriptions 
  6. Click on 3 dots > “Cancel Subscription” 

What's your refund policy?

Refund requests are only eligible for yearly memberships and must be submitted within 48 hours of your renewal date. Renewal dates are based on the original date you joined the membership.
